3.1 Unreasonable

A logical continuation on the Homer's Odyssey series. Mathematics, algebra, topography and geometry are being added, just because it is a bare necessity when travelling by boat.

There’s a tension between the pure reason of maths and that of figurative arts, which are artistic translations.

But the reason has discovered that it is not standing on it's own, it has to share its kingdom with pure insanity ... And in answer to that we have to admit that art cannot supplement science in any way.

Deze periode is een logisch gevolg op de serie Homerus' Odyssee. Rekenkunde, algebra, topografie en geometrie zijn aan de werken toegevoegd, om de goede reden dat ze nodig zijn bij het navigeren van schepen.

Onredelijke getallen bevat de spanning tussen de ratio in de rekenkunde en de figuratieve kunst, creatief vertaald.

De rede heeft ondekt dat ze niet op zichzelf staat, ze moet haar rijk delen met regelrechte krankzinnigheid In antwoord hierop moeten we toch erkennen dat kunst de wetenschap op geen enkele manier kan aanvullen.
