6.6 Doctor J Leunis

Doctor Li hunting for treasures at the vossenplein in Brussels in 1993, he finds a little book of 1869 titled "Analutischer leitfaden in der Naturgeschichte". This book seems to be the textbook of Doctor Johannes Leunis. Accidentally Doctor Li becomes the owner of another book: "Atlas Universel et classique de Géographie et l'usage des ètablissements d'instruction publique" by M.M.Drioux and Ch.Leroy of Paris, an edition of 1869. What a coincidence!

These discoveries will lead to a friendship, the discovery of the Pacific, and the creation of many paintings.

Doctor Li op schattenjacht op het Brusselse Vossenplein vindt in 1993 een boekje, gedrukt in 1869 met de titel:"Analutischer leitfaden in der Naturgeschichte". Het blijkt een leerboekje te zijn van Doctor Johannes Leunis. Toevallig wordt Doctor Li eigenaar van nog een ander boek: "Atlas Universel et classique de Gèographie et l'usage des établissements d'instruction publique" par M.M.Drioux et Ch.Leroy uit Parijs, een uitgave van 1869. Wat een toeval!

Dit samengaan zal leiden tot een vriendschap, een ontdekken van de Pacific, en het tot stand komen van zovele schilderijen.
